This whole election is freightening me. I have had people tell me they will vote for McCain just so we can have a woman VP. That is no reason to vote for someone!

Although our political philosophy might not be in sync (I will not cast my vote for Obama) I agree we need to stop the “whining, bitching, pontificating and pointing fingers of blame.”

I am pleased this election is engaging people who might not otherwise be interested in politics.

I recently wrote an article on my blog called “The Blame Game. Do You Play?” in response to the political climate and an article written by Deepok Chopra.

Elections have become nothing more than an excuse to insult everybody else.

The quality of campaign is turning to all time low, probably more to come and both party at fault. I cannot believe John McCain can stoop so low in order to win the election. What happened to all the big talk of Country First?

Just this morning I read a report claiming that the Republicans are getting 72% print and media time vs. 29% for Obama. Besides being unfair it’s probably illegal.

(Or maybe it’s not, under the current administration. . . did they sneak another item out of the Constitution while we were so busy trying to find something positive to look at or read???)

I’ve noticed that the McCain camp seems to have an army of writers and bloggers out there spewing such hateful untruths, “we who believe in freedom cannot rest until it comes” (as so brilliantly sung so long ago by Sweet Honey In The Rock) — it’s way past time to try to be polite.

Let’s show ‘em what Truth and REAL Freedom look like!!

Up and ATOM!!! We could actually have some FUN with this, folks!!

I heard in the “Euronews” that 69 % of the Europeans are for Obama and 26 % for McCain (they probably didn’t know what they were asked for) I wish you could get the same results !
